IMC coordinates with clients and vendors to forecast budgets for furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E), manages deliveries to the new location, and ensures quality control post-installation. We leverage our long-standing relationships with vendors to assist with procurement at a range of price points, from high quality refurbished items to brand-new FF&E. After installation, we thoroughly inspect all furniture and follow up with contractors on any outstanding issues, ensuring that our clients can settle into their new location.
