IMC’s relocation services are truly comprehensive in scope, including everything from pre-move planning to day-of communication with contractors, clients, and employees.  We manage the entire RFP process for our clients, from early-stage solicitation of bids to post-move walk-throughs and punch lists.  During the move, we monitor progress closely, maintaining adherence to schedule and adjusting timetables when necessary.  Afterward, we oversee the closeout of contracts and liquidation of the former location.  Our goal is to seamlessly coordinate each piece of the puzzle - RFPs, vendor communication, asset management, and liquidation - so that even in the midst of the move clients can remain focused on their day-to-day work with minimal business disruption.
